Someone from our team will reach out to see where you are in your referral process and if you need help connecting with someone for a referral or assessment.

If you need help finding someone to refer you, we are happy to help you find someone appropriate to do that.

Once we receive your referral and/ or assessment information, you will fill out out our liability waiver and consent form.

Once this paperwork is completed, we will schedule your course.
